Find the Power in your Yoga with the next in our Kick Up The Asana series, which focuses on strengthening and toning your body from the ground up.
This workshop is designed to integrate strength building exercises and drills into a flow practice that will improve the strength in your upper body, shoulders and arms. The drills and conditioning exercises will be broken down to allow students to gain an understanding of alignment and movement. You will take away the tools to help you develop your yoga practice outside of the studio and come into class feeling strong and confident.
Teacher: Melody Yeung has a love of movement and has trained in dance, aerobics, tumbling, aerials and bodyweight training. With this experience and passion, she’ll guide you into an intense upper-body focused practice, to develop and build the tools to integrate into your yoga flows.
