Sure, it’s fun – and a great way to improve your flexibility – but what it really does is give you permission to come back to yourself. To find balance within. To own a moment of perfect clarity in an otherwise busy life.

Vinyasa

Dynamic, strengthening and mindful.

A practice that marries movements of your body with breath. These classes build strength, flexibility, and concentration. Each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher.

You can expect to move dynamically, strengthening the body, increase flexibility and calm the mind.

Slow Flow

Open, steady and mindful.

A practice that moves slower to encourage mindfulness and ease. Not only will these classes develop strength and flexibility, but also allow students to slow down and take a little more time in poses and transitions. Ideal for days you’d like to move a little slower and a good option for newer students.

Yin

Calm, soft and still.

Our yin yoga works from a place of calm and surrender, inviting us to embrace our gentler nature and cultivate a sweet inner peace. You can expect to hold postures for longer periods of time with the support of props to allow passive stressing of the connective tissues of the body. This approach promotes an increase in flexibility, calms the nervous system and mind.
