Making meditation easy, Space Out classes lead your mind from busy-ness to spacious-ness without any drama. You’ll prepare with simple body-focused somatic Yoga movements and breath control practices, before easing into different lying, sitting and walking meditation practices that will shift you to a calm and clear inner space.

Yoga 101

Yoga 101

A great place to start, Yoga 101 classes will help you build a solid foundation in the understanding and practice of Yoga. There’s something to learn for everyone with Yoga 101, from complete beginners to the more experienced practitioner.

Community Yoga (Donation)

Community Yoga (Donation)

Our Community Yoga class is a donation-based Water Flow class (see above) with all proceeds going to the Koala Kids Foundation (www.koalakids.org.au), making a difference to the lives of children and young people undergoing cancer treatment and their families and staff who care for them in hospital.

These classes are taught by newly graduated teachers on our Mentorship Programme, under the guidance of our senior teachers. Booking is online via MindBody, but donations are taken after class in cash only. Limited spaces so advanced booking is essential.
