You know your Yoga, but how can you get the most out of your first visits to Rebel Monk?
Here are our top tips for a great first visit:

THE REBEL MONK APP
Download our Rebel Monk app (for iPhone and Android, see links in footer below) and use it to book in for your first class. Check out our class descriptions of the Five Elements approach, and try out a class similar to the kind of Yoga you like. With a whole month to explore them all, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to build up your practice and find out what suits your needs. GET TO KNOW THE SPACE
On your first visit, come along at least 20 minutes before class to make sure that you have plenty of time to find us, check in, and explore the changing rooms, studio and other facilities. Please leave your shoes and any mobile devices in the changing room locker or storage cubes, as they are not permitted in class. You need to be checked in at least 2 minutes before the class start time, and there’s no entry after the teacher closes the door to begin.
PICK A GOOD SPOT
Make your way into the studio early so that you can pick a good mat space near the front. Unless it’s an emergency, please don’t leave the class early, especially in the last ten minutes of class as doing so can spoil the relaxation experience at the end of class for others.
