Join us on International Day of Yoga (21 June) for a one hour class celebrating the main practices of Yoga – movement (asana), breath control (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and sound (mantra). Booking via MindBody is essential, accessible to all levels of fitness and ability.

Teacher: Kelly Davies is the lead teacher at Rebel Monk, and has been a yoga teacher, therapist and teacher-trainer in Melbourne for 15 years. She gained her solid understanding of all matters Yoga from many years of study and practice with the Desikachar family in India and Australia at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram. Her breath-led approach and enjoyment of sound and mantra in practice brings a new dimension to yoga practice for many.
